Jeanette Cates: The Tech Tamer

If you’ve ever wanted to do something on your site but were baffled by the technology, you need Jeanette Cates. I like Jeanette because she has this unique ability to take highly technical information and express it in simple, clear language. She also obviously understands that not everybody does understand technical language and concepts, and that’s quite unusual for a techie!

Jeanette also has a pleasant, homey style which I like. When she hosts a webinar or teleseminar, you feel as if you are visiting her at her home or office and she is welcoming you personally. That may not be important to everyone, but for me it makes a huge difference in how well I relate to someone. Maybe this is what made me trust her in the first place, and the quality of her information, materials and products made me stick with her.
